Offering Facilitation Support, engaging groups in meaningful dialogue, healthy decision making, dealing with difficult issues and creating an environment where people can be heard and understood. Her approach to facilitation centres around three principles:

  • Getting alongside you by listening to the wisdom of your experience.
  • Collaboratively designing a programme with you that meets your needs and where real learning can take place
  • Building client capacity to self manage and therefore leaving the organisation wiser and stronger as a resultAn accredited (level 3) facilitator with the Association of Facilitators and trained in human dynamics, group process and ‘use of self’ embodied facilitation. She draws on learning from Peter Senge, John Heron and Roger Schwarz.
